The book seek to highlight the importance of keeping hope in a rather hopeless situation. It point the reader to the source of hope and life who is the Almighty Creator of all things . Themes like trust, hope, God's faithfulness, God's love, steadfastness are some of the themes highlighted. The hopeless reader is reminded that there is always a better tomorrow, a better day than a bad today. The reader might be faced with life's challenging situations and thinking of 'doing' the worst including throwing in the towel. Some readers might be thinking of giving up on their life's hope and dreams due to challenges they encounter. The reader like Paul of old is urged to "press on" and move forward!One can imagine what could have happen if our Lord Jesus could have resigned his mission to save us whilst facing the dreary cross? Most people in the similar situations give up their dreams when they are almost there. I have never know of any leader that went on to become great except coming from hardships. We have great leaders like Dr Nelson Mandela, who came from prison to become the first black newly democratically elected State President of South Africa.
