Em comemoração ao 60º aniversário do influente álbum de estreia de Frank Zappa & The Mothers of Invention, "Freak Out!", o álbum será lançado agora em um abrangente box set Super Deluxe com 5 CDs + um Blu-ray.

Os CDs contêm a mixagem estéreo do álbum de 1966 recém-remasterizada, uma mixagem pré-master inédita de "Freak Out!", a mixagem mono há muito indisponível, gravações ao vivo com The Mothers no The Fillmore em San Francisco em 1966, além de demos e uma vasta quantidade de material bônus.

O disco Blu-ray contém as três diferentes mixagens históricas de "Freak Out!" do box Super Deluxe em áudio Hi-Res de 192 kHz/24-bit e 96 kHz/24-bit, bem como material bônus acompanhado por visualizadores personalizados com imagens raras e inéditas. Além disso, há novas mixagens Dolby Atmos e surround 5.1 criadas pelo Studio1LA.

O box também inclui um livreto expandido com fotos raras, novos ensaios, uma seção totalmente nova com ainda mais "Citações Relevantes", bem como o mapa desdobrável original de duas faces de Frank Zappa, "Freak Out! Hot Spots Map".
