Eating healthy and exercise is good but it is a NATURAL answer in a FALLEN world. Communion is a SUERANATURAL answer. We have been eating from the tree of the KNOWLEDGE of good and evil, the tree of DEATH. Knowledge changes with research, stats, time and opinions! Everything on earth is in a death cycle. What we have come to accept as "normal" is a death cycle. Jesus gives us life, he gives us a new blood line filled with life from Heaven. He paid the result of sin which is every form of death by dying that death FOR US and AS US. When we learn about the power of our new creation and the power of the blood and body of Jesus our whole life will be transformed. Eating Communion is eating LIFE. Jesus is a SUPER FOOD FROM HEAVEN.
