Faced with this reality, one might ask why the conception of a new reality does not change, where it insists on calling economic contracts to the contracts that respond to public services and even to the contracts that are made with natural persons and that are signed for public transportation, or to build a hospital, which in both cases their fundamental object is to achieve a common public purpose or good.
