The Economic-Administrative Claim is an administrative resource used to examine the acts dictated by the Administration regulated in thefinancial law. The economic-administrative claim will be filed beforethe Economic-Administrative Courts and will be the necessary presupposition before thecontentious-administrative jurisdiction. The first part of the paper will focus on the main characteristics of thistype of administrative act, such as the cases of suspension of theexecution of theadministrative acts that are the object of the claim, or the need to file the claim inorder to go to the contentious-administrativecourts. The second part of the work, coinciding with point III indicated in the table ofcontents, will consist of an analysis and conclusions of the link betweentheresolutions of the economic-administrative claims issued bythe economic-administrative tribunals and the other bodies.
