Investment Readiness on religious art and heritage industry valuation were difficult to be valuated using market price or state preference method. Stated preference method were used to value it. One of the method of state preference model was contingent ranking model were used on this study. The main aim of the study was to examine and measure investment Readiness participation beside characterization and socio-economic contribution of religious art and heritage industry. As a result, qualitative study was carried out on the top quantitative study which made this study mixed study. The total number of respondents for survey were 171 where 164 were responded properly. There are 8 interviews and 1 focus group discussion carried out. Investment Readiness were carried out indirectly that first respondents rank choice set. Sixteen choice set were prepared on religious art and heritage mix. After respondents ranked the choice set, respondents was selected their Readiness to invest and maximum amount they were willing to invest.
