It is no secret that the Democratic Republic of Congo, mainly in its eastern part, is facing a booming war activity and is the epicentre of human rights violations, with macabre statistics: nearly nine million deaths, displacement in numbers, serious ecological consequences, large-scale looting; to alleviate this bloody haemorrhage, this book lays the groundwork for the creation of a special tribunal for the Democratic Republic of Congo. The ultimate objective of this tribunal will be to prosecute and punish the perpetrators of the horrible crimes committed on Congolese soil during armed conflicts, described as the most deadly conflicts in the world since the Second World War. The creation of this repressive jurisdiction will be a real therapy to heal the wounds of the victims of the atrocities committed in the Democratic Republic of Congo in general and in its eastern part in particular. Faced with the most serious crimes, societies no longer tolerate justice being done. Impunity and amnesty have become unbearable, for it is said that justice separates the innocent from the murderer, the murderer from his crime, and the victim from his suffering.
