Supply chain management has become an important issuein any business organization. In order to respond tothese challenges, organizations require an integratedsupply chain. The purpose of this research is topresent the relationship between firm integration andsupply chain orientation. This study also determineswhether supporting technology moderates therelationship between internal and external firmintegration and supply chain orientation.
