From 1987 until our days, the shoreline north of the lake is almost urbanized. The importance of this space comes from the fact that it offers the urban aspects very researched by the different urban activities. Can we then say it is a space which has been able to escape the law of the land market matching activities of strong investment value on the places the more attractive. However, by visiting the Lake there is a belief that it is located in front of a space or coalesce the tertiary activities rather than another polyfonctionnel with a planned allocation as balanced between the various urban functions. It simply prints the real to release the gaps between the planned and the achieved. Which attracted our attention during our whole investigation, has been the relatively large number of closed premises in the area of the lake. These premises have they not yet dedicated to an urban activity? Or are they open until a recent date and their closures being dictated by the problems specific to the activity? These questions will allow us to see if the space of the lake is well utilized and the closure was for economic reasons specific to establishments or the contrary.
