The study highlights the course of disintermediation and ABTA by discussing the responsibilities or role of major leading travel agents in the UK market. The topic then follows on to The Value Role of Tourism Intermediaries and their related Association: In The Case of Travel Agents and ABTA we analyse the disintermediation of travel agents and ABTA. Furthermore an analysis of how ABTA member play a vital part in keeping the consistency on customer relations with regards to the ABTA Codes of Conduct, which all members must comply with.
