In order to protect our churches from losing the power of God-and losing believers-we must work on the unity of the Body of Christ to rebuild the pillars of the church-to restore the evangelist office and hence evangelism. As it is written in the word of God: "Make every effort to keep the unity of the spirit through the bond of peace. There is one body and one spirit just as you were called to one hope when you were called-one Lord, one faith, one baptism, one God and father of all, who is over all and through in all." Jesus preached the gospel of evangelism, and so, backed by the unity of the church, we must give our evangelists the support they need to go forth and fight and win souls for Christ. Restoring the Value of the Evangelist Position implores ministers of the gospel to return to their roots and empower other wounded and frustrated gospel ministers not to give up. It encourages the evangelists to build up their front line, for the Master is at the door, coming back soon!
