This devotional was developed during a period in my life when my days seemed most dark. Cancer is anything that disrupts or attempts to disrupt a family. Families who need to gain strength while experiencing anything that interrupts your everyday lifestyle such as imprisonment, financial crisis or death can benefit from this devotional. Whit often bragged on Kynsley having an old soul, and how much she brightened his day giving him more joy in the run of a day than any radiation or chemotherapy could. Whit and I meditated daily on Psalm 91, but we studied many scriptures taking our relationship with God to another level. Isaiah 45:3 has been my soul guiding scripture while launching the W. H. I.
