Lloyd Neve?s groundbreaking work was the first monograph on the Spirit of God in the Old Testament to appear in English. After demonstrating that the Hebrew term ruach carries three basic meanings (wind, the human spirit, God?s Spirit), Neve devotes his study to the Spirit of God texts.
