Mitch Savoie Hill, certified professional coach and TEDx speaker, is a first-generation American born of Cuban exiles. Having overcome a great deal of adversity in her life, such as childhood poverty, abusive relationships, work discrimination, and even homelessness, she now helps others leverage their strengths and turn their adversities into their advantage.
