RFID UHF - Animal Identification - Brazil Masaharu Shimizu

The experience acquired since the beginning of the individual animal identification solution project with RFID UHF electronic earrings in the triple border region between Brazil, Paraguay and Bolivia is condensed here.
The great job and commitment of Hana Micron as well as the indispensable leadership of the founding president Mr. Chang Ho Choi, who together with the team of engineers and scientists, were the fundamental elements for the application of such bold project. Words cannot express how much important they were for this achievement.
It is also necessary to mention, as a special thanks, the government of the State of Mato Grosso do Sul, the MAPA (Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock and Supply of Brazil), the dedicated employees and collaborators of IAGRO and the producers and the association of rural producers who supported us throughout the project.
Also, thanks to the ICAR body for the opportunity to present a briefing at the Conference held in June 2019 in Prague on the theme of the use of UHF RFID.
Lastly, it is important to express our gratitude to Ms. Tereza Cristina Correa current Minister of Agriculture, Livestock and Supply of Brazil who with her wisdom, vision, courage and leadership inspired us to overcome the challenges that have arisen.
