About the Author Westwick Abijah Williams hails from the Caribbean island of St. Vincent. He holds a B. A. in History and English, an M. A. in Education, and a Ph. D. in Education Administration. His teaching career spans the primary, secondary, and tertiary levels, including twenty years as a High School principal. He is now retired. Dr. Williams married his high school sweetheart, Grace.
