Today God is calling women to lead in extraordinary ways. Women of faith are becoming God's instruments, evangelists and sentinels in the marketplace, community and the world. As women of faith we have been called to leadership, to live to make a difference in this world, and to fulfil the dream that God has placed in hearts.... wherever we are or He assigns us. If you have dreams of becoming a leader or if this is one of your aspirations, it is my hope that within the pages of this book you will discover new dreams or recover your old ones, discern God's heart for you, examine the variety of ways that you can lead, and take hold of the essential resources that God has provided to make your dreams a reality. I believe that regardless of your age and season of life, it is never too late to live your dreams. I am sure you have a few. The good news is no matter when your dreams were conceptualized, every day is a new opportunity for your dreams to come true if you place your trust, faith and hope in God. Jocelyn Whitfield is an author and speaker. She also serves on the ministry team of Bridgeway Community Church in Columbia, Maryland. She has worked in women's ministry for many years with the sole purpose of helping women discover their purpose, enhance their leadership capability and develop spiritually. She serves on the board of the Center for Creative Life and Learning, Inc.; a non- profit community based organization committed to reducing poverty and homelessness. She is also the author of "Made in God's Image to Live for His Glory", a book design to help believers discover their creative purpose and know God intimately.
