Contributor Bio: Myers, Phillip E Phillip E. Myers earned his B. A. and M. A. in history from the University of Colorado and a Ph. D. in modern history from the University of Iowa. He is the director of administration of the Western Kentucky University Research Foundation, which he helped found nearly a decade ago.
