I don’t pretend to know the truth but I want and I can share my practical knowledge of this peculiar activity. Some readers asked me after I first published my essay- Communicate with your Deceased Loved Ones. So, the following pages will reflect my personal and empirical experience. I never had proper training. I just let things happen in me and followed my fruitful intuition. I am going to write a few more words to conclude this introduction. I have chosen them carefully to be powerful and meaningful. They fully reflect my principles and explain the indicative but not sensationalist title I humbly chose for this book. Energy healing is an act of love Energy healing means giving love through energy coming from positive thoughts and amplified by the movement and the heat of the hand, the light in the eyes and the sound of the voice. Energy healing means listening to yourself before listening to others. It means trusting the intuition that guides your thoughts and movements completely. This book intends to be practical first. I want to show you the different steps of my approach and how I interpret them. You will soon realise that I always choose spirituality over the false conlcusions of materialism. I would be happy if one day some of you could experience energy healing. Without restraints and at your own pace, you could practise and enjoy the feeling of relieving pain and helping others by helping yourself.
