Friends and relatives of the Waray-Waray people were glued to television sets awaiting for news. Meanwhile, the members of Grace Baptist Church gathered in their destroyed church building on November 10, 2013 to sing praises to God for sparing their lives. Their homes and material things have been destroyed yet they sang "To God be the Glory."
