Liv sa a te ekri espesyalman pou timoun, pou anseye yo, epi pou fè granmoun yo sonje tou, Bondye toujou avèk nou menm nan move moman yo lè gen tèt chaje ak dezas. Li byen lwen nou, poutan li toujou avèk nou. Pwofèt Ezayi te ekri nan Bib la :  "Lagrèl pral tonbe sou gwo rakbwa a. Yo pral kraze lavil la. Ala kontan n'a kontan jwenn kont dlo nou pou fè jaden!" Ala beni nou beni pou nou swiv sèl vrè Bondye a ki renmen mond ak pèp li te kreye a ! Liv sa a anseye ke Bondye se yon Bondye pèsonèl (Li avèk nou) poutan li gen tout pouvwa (Li byen lwen nou). Beni swa Letènèl. Praise the Lord. Sometimes we need to hear a calm voice. Nighttime noises and daytime surprises can cause anytime tears and fears. We need a word of comfort. Sometimes, though, God seems far away, even inaccessible, because He is "transcendent". God is "beyond" all that exists. Yet the Bible tells us He is always close at hand, a powerful friend. He is "immanent", an ever present help in times of trouble. Using gentle poetry, Scripture paraphrases and vibrant illustrations, "BYEN LWEN" is a comforting read, exploring this near-but-far aspect of God. Readers and listeners old and young will be reminded that God delights in His people. He protects us with His power. He comforts us with His presence. He watches out for us when we are out on a limb, walking through puddles and going to bed.
