Kat is a mother, grandmother, and great-grandchild. She is on the leadership team for Wordsowers Christian Writers in Omaha. A native Oregonian, she lived in Omaha, Nebraska, for twenty-five years before moving back to Oregon. Kat uses her gift of encouragement and passion for writing to make a positive influence in the lives of others.
