This book will help those who serve in leadership in their local church assembly, to bring unity, a spirit of excellence and strength among the ranks of leadership. As leaders it is important to function and operate with a spirit of love, unity, and excellence which is very important to kingdom building. Too often in the church we've encountered a lack of these principles amongst the ranks of leadership, which can weaken an otherwise productive leadership team. We know that there are no perfect people in the world, and the fact of the matter is that we all have flaws, and we will sometimes make mistakes and miss the mark. Thank God for giving us a role model, His son Jesus who was and is the only perfect man to walk in a fleshly body. Jesus knew how to serve both His natural parents and the heavenly Father. He showed us how to serve and love one another, He showed us how to serve and respect those in authority. He also showed us how to build and maintain good character. I pray that this book will encourage and challenge those in leadership to take their act of service in ministry to another level of excellence and strength for the growth and the advancement of the Kingdom of God.
