To understand the aboriginal people, one has to understand thehistory of what has happened. Too often history almostcompletely ignores the story of the aboriginal people. At best,they become a footnote to the history of the dominant people. This story attempts to tell a story from the aboriginalprospective. This is one small piece of Canadian history.
