Sharing their ways of working, everyday challenges or new ideas helps teachers refresh and develop their teaching to better address students' needs. That's why, internationally, the focus on learning in networks has never been greater: with an increasing number of new projects making use of networks for improving practice commencing daily. At the same time, educators are regularly encountering practical problems (time, resources, communication) as well as more fundamental issues in attempting to ensure their Professional Learning Networks work effectively. In other words, how teachers can achieve deep reflective inquiry to really make positive changes in teaching and learning, is not self-evident.
