Contributor Bio: Clark, Ian Ian Clark was educated at Glasgow University and Australian National University. He is currently Professor of International Politics at Aberystwyth. A Fellow of the British Academy, he is the author of several books from OUP including Legitimacy in International Society, The Post-Cold War Order, Globalization and the Theory of International Relations; and Globalization and Fragmentation. Contributor Bio: Neumann, Iver B Iver B. Neumann is Professor and Director of Research at the Norwegian Institute of International Affairs. He is the author of Uses of the Other: The "East" in European Identity Formation and coauthor most recently of Governing the Global Polity: Practice, Rationality, Mentality.
